The website presents BBS INVEST GROUP LTD, its business areas and solutions available across markets. Its content is informational: it is not a banking offer, personalized financial advice or a promise of returns. Browsing the website does not, by itself, establish a service relationship.
Access to a service depends on the contracting entity, country, customer profile, declared activity and applicable authorizations. Onboarding follows the necessary identity, business and compliance checks. BBS may decline an application or restrict a service where eligibility conditions are not met.
Descriptions, examples, currencies and featured markets provide a general overview of activities. Fees, exchange rates, timeframes, limits and execution arrangements are specified in service-specific communications and contractual documents. Where they differ, terms agreed with the competent entity take precedence over general website information, subject to mandatory rights.
Information provided to BBS is accurate, complete and kept up to date. Significant changes to identity, beneficial ownership, business activity or contact details are reported during the relationship. Incomplete, inconsistent or unauthorized instructions may require additional checks before processing.
Fraudulent, unlawful or abusive use of the website and services is prohibited. This includes impersonation, document falsification, circumventing controls, introducing malicious software and unauthorized system access. Activities incompatible with regulations or service terms may lead to restrictions or suspension.
Users protect their credentials and verify the authenticity of sensitive instructions. This website does not request passwords, private keys or full card details by email. Suspicious messages, unusual access or suspected fraud are reported to compliance@bbsmastergroup.com for review.
Texts, trademarks, logos, images, videos and technical elements are protected by their owners’ rights. Viewing them does not transfer ownership or grant commercial exploitation rights. FX and digital asset transactions involve risks including market, liquidity, network and counterparty risks. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded and do not replace liability provisions in the relevant service agreement.

A reference, trademark or displayed symbol is not a guarantee of availability, a personalized recommendation or an affiliation with its issuer. Each participant’s responsibilities are defined in the agreements applicable to the transaction.
These terms are updated to reflect changes to the website, services and applicable framework. The displayed date identifies the published version. Updates do not automatically amend existing agreements: the amendment and notification provisions of the relevant contract continue to apply.

Complaints identify the relevant entity and service, the facts and a useful reference, without unnecessary sensitive data. They are routed to the responsible team and handled under the applicable framework.
Animations and currency symbols illustrate financial activities. They are not a guarantee of availability or affiliation with issuers. Featured countries encompass presence, partners and corridors as applicable.
Service provision requires a separate agreement with the competent entity. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights available under applicable law.
